Basic terms, conditions and consent

There is a five hour minimum for daytime bookings and a four hour minimum for evening bookings.

No client will privately engage in business of any kind with any care provider referred by bookmynanny. (Each care provider has signed an agreement with bookmynanny that prohibits him/her from doing any additional work for a client of bookmynanny ,past/present, without consent of bookmynanny Management.)

Book My Nanny has the right to refuse service to any new or existing client for any reason deemed necessary by management.

TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS AND MOBILE PUSH NOTIFICATIONS :Users have the option of providing bokmynanny with their mobile phone number as part of the registration process. Users who provide bookmynanny with their mobile phone number may receive text message communications from bookmynanny on their cellular phones and/or mobile devices. By providing bookmynanny with your mobile phone number, you consent to bookmyanny sending text messages to your cellular phone and/or mobile device.

All bookmynanny reserves the right to cancel any booking without advance notice for any reason deemed necessary by management and specifically if management is concerned for the safety and/or welfare of our care providers.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the high demand and limited availability of our care providers, we respectfully ask for a minimum of 48 hours advance notice to cancel your reservation during midweek and non-holiday periods and one week advance notice during holiday periods.

Basic consent that needs to be given by the client

CONSENT TO EMERGENCY CARE OR TREATMENT IF I CANNOT BE REACHED IMMEDIATELY. Yes/No

I GIVE CHILD CARE PROVIDER PERMISSION TO TRANSPORT CHILD/CHILDREN TO EMERGENCY ROOM/DOCTOR’S OFFICE BY CAR .Yes/No

I GIVE CHILD CARE PROVIDER PERMISSION TO TRANSPORT CHILD/CHILDREN FOR APPROVED ACTIVITIES. Yes/No

I GIVE CHILD CARE PROVIDER PERMISSION TO TAKE MY CHILD/CHILDREN ON WALKS. Yes/No

I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR TAKING CARE OF MY HOUSEHOLD ITEMS AND ALL OTHER IMPORTANT ITEMS IF FOUND MISSING I WILL NOT HOLD bookmynanny RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. (bookmynanny will support in all ways to find the missing item and will punish/ allow client to punish if the care giver is found guilty).

Note

IF CARE GIVER IS FOUND IN WRONG DOING IN HANDLING/SERVICING BABY /CLIENTS etc bookmynanny will take strict actions against such care givers and will be replaced immediately.
